Dr Huseyin Seker is a Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Computational Intelligence, Faculty of Technology. He is also the Head of the Bio-Health Informatics Research Team. His main research interests lie in computational intelligence in bioinformatics, computational and systems biology, and health informatics. He is particularly working on hybrid and multi neuro-fuzzy expert systems, and multi-fusion approach to prediction, classification, clustering and feature selection. He teaches various modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He is particularly involved with core MSc Bioinformatics modules and manages MSc Bioinformatics research projects.
